Q: How long does shipping usually take?

A: We ask that you allow 1 to 4 weeks for shipping. Two weeks is the average. Custom printed items like t-shirts may arrive sooner, however it usually takes a few days to process and pack your order (3 to 7 days), print the item (1 or 2 days) and then approximately 5 to 15 days for your order to be delivered.

*please note on some occasions Canada Postal Service has been delaying some orders and may take extra time for delivery.

Q: Can I track my order(s)?

A: Yes! We offer shipping with tracking in the USA.

As soon as the order has been processed and picked up, we will email you a tracking number and the link you can check the status of your order with.

***INT'L ORDERS please note: shipping with tracking may not always be available in all countries outside the United States.

Q: I did not get an email receipt from you. Why?

A: We always send you a confirmation email after you purchase, however it is pretty common for people to incorrectly input their email addresses. We can't deliver the email if it is wrong! Sometimes filters in email programs will send the email to a junk folder. You can always search your mail for breaktherulez.com to find all of our emails. If you do NOT get an email from us, simply send us your info to support@breaktherulez.com and we'll send you the information.

Q: How can I track my order to see when I will get it? 

A: Check your email. We will send you updates! The best way is to click the link in the email we have sent you after it has been picked up by the shipping company (Usually the next day or 2 or 3 days later). If you have your tracking number copy and paste the tracking number we gave you into this form to see where your package is in the delivery process. If you need help finding your tracking number, simply send us an email at support@breaktherulez.com and we'll send you your tracking number.

Q: Is this a secure site for purchases?

Yes! Absolutely! Our payment processor is Stripe. We guarantee your safety and security. All site communication and data transfer are secured and encrypted.

Q: Do you save my credit card details?

No. Your credit card details are not stored on our servers. It gets sent to Stripe for processing. The information goes directly from your computer to our payment service provider and we never see it.

Q: The FREE ITEM had a shipping & handling charge. Is this normal?

A: Yes - the FREE PRODUCTS we offer in special promotions have a reasonable shipping and handling fee - otherwise we'd go out of business! 

Q: My order is above $75. and shipping is supposed to have free shipping but it shows $3.95 for shipping. Why?

A: Shipping is free for ALL PRODUCTS in your cart that add up to $75. and over, however if there are *FREE PROMOTIONAL ITEMS ($0. cost) those items do have a shipping charge associated with them. Usually between $3.95 and $9.95 depending on the items you are getting for free. In other words FREE ITEMS do not have free shipping, however all your other items do.

Q: My coupon code from the spin to win game was not applied to the shipping. Why?

Discount Coupon codes do not apply to free items or to shipping. If you want FREE SHIPPING simply order $75. or more of non-free items!

Q: What is the average time it takes for items to be delivered?

A: The average shipping time for the United States is two weeks, but may be as little as 5 to 7 days and as long as 30 days. International orders to Canada may take longer. We understand that the delivery times might be a little longer than you're used to, but this is one of the reasons why we are able to offer such unique one of a kind products at such incredible pricing!

Q: What if I want to send a product back to you?

A: It depends on what the product is. We have a friendly quality control team to assist you if you have any problems and our #1 priority is to work with you until you are happy! Q: Can I change my order?

A: Yes. You can always change an order within 24 hours of successfully placing it. After 24 hours it is most likely too late to change anything although we'll do our best to help you if you made a mistake!
